To access certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may not create accounts using automated means, create multiple accounts for abusive purposes, impersonate any person or entity, or use a username that is offensive, misleading, or violates any third-party rights. We reserve the right to reject or reclaim any username at our discretion.

Access to the Sleepy Clash API is provided as a feature for registered users and is subject to the following conditions. You may only use the API for personal, non-commercial purposes unless you have entered into a separate commercial agreement with us. You must not resell, sublicense, or redistribute API access.
We enforce rate limits to ensure fair access for all users. Intentionally circumventing these limits, including through rotating API keys, distributed requests, or any other method, is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination. We reserve the right to modify, restrict, or discontinue API access at any time without notice.
All content, features, and functionality on Sleepy Clash that is not User Content, including but not limited to the website design, logos, text, graphics, software, and underlying code, is owned by Sleepy Clash or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or its content without our express written permission.
Clash Royale, its characters, cards, and all related assets are the property of Supercell. Sleepy Clash is a fan-made, community-driven tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Supercell in any way. Use of Clash Royale assets is done in accordance with Supercell's Fan Content Policy.
The Service integrates with and links to third-party services, including the official Supercell/Clash Royale API, Google Analytics, and payment processors. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of any third-party services.
We do not guarantee the availability or accuracy of data retrieved from the Supercell API. Player and clan data is provided on an "as-is" basis and may be delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable at times due to factors outside our control.
The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sleepy Clash disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided through the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sleepy Clash and its owners, contributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service; any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; any content obtained from the Service; or unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service exceed the greater of one hundred US dollars ($100) or the amount you paid us, if any, in the past twelve months.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and access to the Service at any time and for any reason, with or without notice, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, conduct we deem harmful to the platform or other users, or abusing the API.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or any part thereof, at any time and for any reason, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict your access to parts of the Service without notice or liability.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sleepy Clash with respect to the Service. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of those rights.
